Returns & Refunds
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging.
Customers may inspect items as they would in a physical retail store.
Items showing signs of wear, washing, staining, alteration, damage, or foreign odors will not be accepted for return.
How to Request a Return
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at care@matchbrand.shop, indicating the customer’s name and order number.
Once your request is received, you will be provided with detailed return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please securely pack and ship the item(s) to our warehouse in Lithuania.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
We will be unable to issue a refund if the return shipment is lost by the shipping carrier.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and carefully inspected, you will be notified by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund to your account.
Please note that original shipping costs, as well as any customs duties and taxes, are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Should your item arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, kindly contact us immediately at care@matchbrand.shop so that we may promptly assess the issue and offer an appropriate solution.
